हरियाणा सरकार ने 23 IAS अधिकारियों के तबादले और नियुक्तियों के आदेश जारी किए, कई अहम विभागों में बड़े बदलाव, प्रशासनिक सर्जरी से सिस्टम में हलचल।

हरियाणा सरकार ने एक बड़े प्रशासनिक फेरबदल के तहत 23 IAS अधिकारियों के तबादले और नई नियुक्तियों के आदेश जारी कर दिए हैं। यह बदलाव तुरंत प्रभाव से लागू किया गया है, जिससे राज्य के प्रशासनिक ढांचे में बड़ा बदलाव देखने को मिल रहा है।
इस व्यापक फेरबदल में कई अहम विभागों के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव (ACS), प्रधान सचिव, कमिश्नर और मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर स्तर के अधिकारियों को बदला गया है, जिससे सरकार की कार्यशैली में तेजी और सुधार लाने का संकेत माना जा रहा है। आदेश मुख्य सचिव अनुराग रस्तोगी द्वारा 19 मार्च 2026 को चंडीगढ़ से जारी किए गए।
सबसे प्रमुख बदलावों में डॉ. राजा शेखर वुंद्रू को ट्रांसपोर्ट के साथ प्रिंटिंग एंड स्टेशनरी विभाग की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है, जबकि जी. अनुपमा को सिविल एविएशन विभाग का अतिरिक्त प्रभार सौंपा गया है। अपूर्व कुमार सिंह को उच्च शिक्षा और पीडब्ल्यूडी (बी एंड आर) विभाग की जिम्मेदारी दी गई, जिससे शिक्षा और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर सेक्टर में बड़ा बदलाव संकेतित है।
विजयेंद्र कुमार को कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण विभाग का अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव बनाया गया है, वहीं पंकज अग्रवाल को सिंचाई एवं जल संसाधन विभाग की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। विजय सिंह दहिया को स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग का प्रधान सचिव बनाया गया है, जो शिक्षा व्यवस्था में अहम भूमिका निभाएंगे।
ऊर्जा और शहरी विकास से जुड़े विभागों में भी बड़े बदलाव किए गए हैं। आशिमा बराड़ को ऊर्जा विभाग का अतिरिक्त प्रभार दिया गया है, जबकि फूलचंद मीणा को फरीदाबाद मेट्रोपॉलिटन डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी का CEO बनाया गया है। सीएम कार्यालय से जुड़े अधिकारी साकेत कुमार को भी नई जिम्मेदारियां दी गई हैं, जिसमें कोऑपरेशन विभाग और हरियाणा पावर जेनरेशन कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड का प्रभार शामिल है।
युवा IAS अधिकारियों को भी अहम जिम्मेदारियां सौंपी गई हैं, जहां नेहा सिंह को सोनीपत का डिप्टी कमिश्नर नियुक्त किया गया है, जबकि वर्षा खांगवाल को हरियाणा स्कूल शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद का स्टेट प्रोजेक्ट डायरेक्टर बनाया गया है।
इसके अलावा बिजली, उद्योग, शिक्षा, स्किल डेवलपमेंट और सहकारिता जैसे महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्रों में भी कई बड़े बदलाव किए गए हैं, जिससे साफ है कि सरकार प्रशासनिक स्तर पर नई रणनीति के साथ आगे बढ़ रही है।
विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार, इतने बड़े स्तर पर एक साथ किए गए तबादले को ‘प्रशासनिक सर्जरी’ माना जा रहा है, जिसका उद्देश्य प्रभावी शासन, तेज निर्णय और बेहतर कार्यान्वयन सुनिश्चित करना है।
कुल मिलाकर, यह फेरबदल हरियाणा के प्रशासनिक ढांचे में बड़ा बदलाव लाने वाला साबित हो सकता है, और आने वाले समय में इसका सीधा असर सरकार की कार्यशैली और विकास कार्यों पर देखने को मिलेगा।
